Service Controller

About the position

We are looking for a Service Controller to join our Service team. The person must be a driven and highly meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day to day allocation of technician tasks
• Monitoring technician progress
• Completing and sending quotations to customers
• Invoicing of repairs that have been done
• Quality checking of repaired machines
• Back-order maintenance
• Placing SCT's for spares
• Customer communication with regards to status of repairs as well as follow up on quotations
• Assisting with weekend standby for spares

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience in either sales or service environment.
• Syspro knowledge is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Be goal driven.
