About the position
Sales Coordinator The primary purpose of this role is to streamline sales activities, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales function. The Sales Coordinator serves as a key link between the Head of Sales, sales team, customers, and other internal departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination to achieve sales targets and objectives. Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility ? Business Management/Project Management/Sales Degree or equivalent.

? Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
? Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
? Communicate with customers to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
? Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
? Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
? Additional courses in relevant fields will be advantageous
? Valid Driver's License and Passport.
? Previous experience in a customer and/or consumer focused role.
