About the position
Listed South African Retail Group requires a Seasoned Regional Manager for their stores in Kenia and Tansania Only candidates who allowed to work in Kenya and/or Tansania will be considered! Requirements and main duties: The successful candidate will monitor, manage and improve the performance of the stores in the region, train, discipline , assist, coach current store operators. The successful candidate should be resident/citizen of the country and able to work there.
The incumbent will be looking after the stores based in both countries (regions) and all the group owned stores:
They will be required to travel quite considerably in the countries to the various locations / stores.
They should have at least 5 years' experience in running a retail store,
solid experience in overseeing multiple stores would be beneficial.
Matric/Grade 12/ O or A Levels - non-negotiable
Above average computer literacy
Solid working experience in the retail industry in a management role
Thorough references are required - non-negotiable!
