Must have a Project management certification.
Must have 8 - 12 years of experience in management, particularly in customer loyalty program management.
Must have experience in new product development, change management, turnaround strategies, business improvement, or process enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing projects in dynamic, energetic, and fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
Prior involvement in the travel, tourism, and hospitality sector would be advantageous
Familiarity with technological, commercial, and financial aspects of customer loyalty programs is beneficial.
Must be proficient in project management principles and product development concepts.
Must have knowledge of loyalty strategies, retention program management, governance, and risk management principles
