Office Manager Opportunity in Sandton! I'm on the lookout for a talented Office Manager to join the team in the vibrant Property Industry Space, based in Sandton. This is a permanent position with an exciting scope for growth and development. Position Overview: Key Requirements:
As an Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Head Office. You'll take charge of all administrative matters, from overseeing day-to-day operations to managing communication with banks, service providers, contractors, and internal staff. Additionally, you'll provide essential support to the Directors as needed.
Matric qualification
Minimum 5-10 years of office management experience or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in computer literacy, including reasonable math and Excel skills
Valid driver's license and own transportation
