A Manufacturing Support Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes and systems.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:
Coordination and Logistics:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes within the manufacturing environment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to manufacturing teams.

Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with good business practices, safety regulations, and personnel issues.

Cost Allocation and Reporting: Accurately allocate costs, manage inventory counts, and handle expense claims.

Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement functions in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
Experience: Relevant administration experience, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing setting

IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT and ERP systems.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills to work with various teams and departments.
