Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidate profiles align with client requirements. Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring seamless and respectful interactions at every stage. Gather and provide feedback to enhance the overall recruitment process. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to candidate availability and expectations. Share relevant market insights with the team to enhance overall recruitment strategies.
