HR Generalist at Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd

About the position

We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to support the HR Team at our client based in Milnerton, Cape Town.

• Prepare required documentation, communicate, and deliver to management and the payroll team within the required deadlines
  
• Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, provide guidance and training
  
• Drive and deliver ad-hoc internal HR projects
  
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  
• Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  
• Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
  
• Experience in payroll - Sage 300 People system will be an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of HRIS and proven ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
  
• Ability to travel nationally
  
• Own transport
  
• South African Citizen
