Head of Marketing - Personal Care & Cosmetics

About the position

Role:

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for a portfolio of Personal Care and Cosmetics products. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills, aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving product demand, and supporting overall business objectives. The individual will oversee brand managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, key accounts, medical affairs (NBD and R&D), regulatory and finance to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Business / Marketing / Life Sciences.
• Driver's License.
• Management experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

Experience:

• At least 5 years' experience in marketing Personal Care and Cosmetics.
• At least 3 years' experience in a managerial position.
