About the position
A well established, national, car rental company is looking for an energetic, well spoken individual who can join their team to ensure excellent customer service in the Gqeberha branch!
Requirements:
- Matric
- Valid Drivers License with own transport is essential
- Min 2yrs experience in customer service within a similar industry
- MS Office literate
Responsibilities:
- Checking out and booking in of vehicles
- Answer telephonic and email customer queries and resolve accordingly
- Vehicle inspections
- All administration in the department
- Quotations
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS
