Clinical Facilitator ICU
Location: Johannesburg (North)

Salary: Market related

Private Hospital seeks to employ the services of a Clinical Facilitator who will take responsibility for the facilitation of teaching and learning of theoretical and clinical component in a clinical environment to reinforce the learning process.

Key responsibilities:

• Compile clinical progress reports of each learner.
• Develop and review evaluation and educational strategies.
• Audit and participate in quality improvement.
• Draw up duty rosters for students.
• Plan, organise and ensure active involvement in the process and production of all academic related projects.

Key requirements:

• Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
• Critical Care Nursing Qualification (required)
• Assessor and moderator trained
• Qualification in Education (required)
• Extensive experience within an ICU environment
• Intermediate computer literacy
