About the position
Job Title: Client Servicing Consultant (Administration)
Main Purpose:
The Client Servicing Consultant (Administration) is responsible for managing all administration requests related to client enquiries and providing comprehensive assistance to clients and consultants
.
Key Performance Areas:
- Health Servicing:
- Submitting applications for health-related services
- Assisting the sales consultants' clients with health service needs
- Wealth Servicing:
- Facilitating applications related to wealth management
- Supporting the sales consultants' clients with wealth service requirements
- Short-Term Servicing:
- Processing applications for short-term services
- Providing support to the sales consultants' clients regarding short-term services
KPIs:
- KPIs will be determined on a quarterly basis at the discretion of management.
- Meetings and Interactions:
- Attend meetings and engage in interactions as required by management.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Fill out applications accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with completing medical questionnaires.
- Utilize Zoho to submit applications to the administrative department.
- Follow up on submitted applications and provide status reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage a diary efficiently, scheduling appointments, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Assist current clients with any queries or concerns they may have.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
- Understanding of compliance regulations in the FSCA.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Commitment to continuous development, including improving operational processes.
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness in client interactions.
- Proactive approach to innovation and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-leadership skills and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Zoho Desk.
- Strong listening, interpretation, and communication abilities.
