Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience in directly delivering large IT transformation programs to customers.
- Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management.
- Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development.
- Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies
- Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain customers.
- Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional services/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of > $5 Mn.
- Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20%/year or greater.
- Proven track record of delivering business solutions and outcomes leveraging technology.
- Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships.
- With an empathetic approach, ability to respond to the needs of stakeholders.
- Solution-based sales - helping identify and drive solutions for clients.
- Previous P&L responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction
