About the position

Our client, a well-known and stable entity in the investment sector, is seeking an individual to become part of their dynamic finance team.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant Bookkeeping/tertiary qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Good excel skills
  • Own Transport
  • Sage experience

Duties

  • Recons of various bank accounts and reconciling
  • Recons of paycards and reconciling
  • Recons of multiple sites
  • Recons of Intercompany accounts and loan accounts
  • Maintaining FAS
  • Capturing of invoices and processing payments
  • Capturing and processing of daily payments
  • Gathering all information for daily payments
  • Cashflows
  • VAT Recons
  • Put together and maintaining audit files for FY
  • Capturing and payments of monthly rentals
  • Scrutinizing the rental contracts before getting it signed.
  • Loading the payment on the bank.
  • Performing any other reasonable duty as required by management
